- Sesame Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Asparagus 5 oz
- Peas 0 oz
- Zucchini 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Arugula 0 oz
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a small skillet and toast the sesame seeds. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
Steam the asparagus for 3-4 minutes until almost tender. Immerse in a bowl of ice water to cool, then drain and wrap in a kitchen towel to dry.
Step 3
Cook the peas in boiling water from the asparagus for 3 minutes, then drain and cool under cold water.
Step 4
Slice the zucchini diagonally, about 0.5 cm thick.
Step 5
Heat the skillet. Brush the asparagus and zucchini with oil and sauté until dark brown. Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces.

Combine the asparagus, zucchini, peas, arugula, feta, and lemon zest.

Crush black pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
