Ingredients

- Parma Ham 5 oz
- Rutabaga 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Dill 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roast the turnip in the oven for twenty minutes. Remove it, peel off the skin, let it cool, and slice it into the thinnest pieces.
Step 2
Finely shred the young cabbage. Sprinkle with salt, mix well, and let it sit for ten minutes.
Step 3
Whisk the olive oil into the lemon juice, adding the oil in a thin stream.
Step 4
Combine the cabbage, turnip, coarsely chopped dill, and thin slices of Parma ham with a dressing made of olive oil and juice. Season with pepper and serve.
