Ingredients
- Dates 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice 0 fl oz
- Freshly squeezed orange juice 0 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz

- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Canned Corn to taste
- Tomatoes to taste
- Beetroot to taste
- Apricots 2 pieces
- Pineapple 2 pieces
- Clementines 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the dates, oil, lemon juice, orange juice, mustard, and cumin in a food processor until smooth. Then dilute the dressing with water until it reaches a pourable consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
When serving, place a little dressing at the bottom of a shallow bowl. Then layer the assorted vegetables and fruits on top of the dressing. Add salt and pepper.

The dish is ready.

The dressing can be made in advance, up to 3 days ahead. Store it covered in a cool place.
