Step 1
Soak the raisins in warm water for 1 hour and then dry them.
Step 2
Rinse the lettuce and cut the leaves into medium-sized pieces.
Step 3
Toast the cashews in a dry skillet.
Step 4
Boil the eggs hard and slice them.
Step 5
Mix the lettuce with the raisins, nuts, and eggs. Dress with vegetable oil and vinegar, previously mixed with salt and pepper.
