Wild Garlic and Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • Wild Garlic Greens 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Canned Corn 10 oz
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs hard in boiling water. Cool them under cold water, peel, and chop finely. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

Rinse the wild garlic well and trim the ends of the stems. Chop finely, leaving a few whole leaves for garnish. Add to the bowl with the eggs. Add the corn.

Step 3

Season to taste with salt and dress with mayonnaise. Mix well and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with wild garlic leaves.
