Ingredients
- Vodka 0 fl oz
- Bread Kvass 5 fl oz
- Caramel Syrup 0 fl oz
- Violet Syrup 0 fl oz
- Ice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Reduce the kvass in a saucepan to 50 ml and cool.
Step 2
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Step 3
Pour in the vodka, reduced kvass, and simple syrup.
Step 4
Stir with a cocktail spoon.
Step 5
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Step 6
Separately, whip the cream and vanilla syrup in a shaker.
Step 7
Pour the cream over the surface of the cocktail in layers using a cocktail spoon.
