Description
If you don't like raw green beans, you can lightly boil them in salted boiling water for about 3–5 minutes until tender.
Ingredients
- White Beans 30 oz
- Young zucchini 10 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves ½ cup
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the beans, thinly sliced zucchini (cut each zucchini lengthwise into 4 pieces, then slice thinly), chopped green beans, crumbled Parmesan cheese, basil, grated lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Add the olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
