Ingredients
- White Beans 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Herbs 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the beans overnight, then drain the water and cook the beans until tender. The beans should not be overcooked.
Step 2
Mix the warm beans with tomato paste, wine vinegar, crushed garlic, and grated onion. Add finely chopped bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and if needed, add sugar. Optionally, you can add sour cream. Serve the salad chilled with chopped herbs.
