  • Watermelon ½ kg
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Olives ¼ cup
  • Chopped Parsley 1 tablespoon
  • Mint Leaves 1 tablespoon
  • Red Onion 1 head
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar to taste
  • Rich Yeast Dough 20 oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 teaspoon
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Sesame Seeds to taste
  • Poppy seeds to taste
  • Dill Seeds a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Knead the bread dough according to the instructions on the package, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 2

Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it doubles in size.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Divide the dough into 6 parts. On a floured surface, roll out the bread as thinly as possible, then transfer it to a baking sheet. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with seeds. Bake for about 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown. This bread can be made the day before and stored in an airtight container.

Step 4

In a large bowl, gently mix the watermelon with feta cheese and olives. Sprinkle with herbs and onion rings, then serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve with croutons.
