Watermelon Salad with Feta and Mint
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Coarse Salt 2 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- TABASCO® 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Watermelon 10 lbs
- Pitted olives 5 oz
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Mint Leaves 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, TABASCO, and black pepper.
Step 2
Using a small round spoon, scoop out many balls from the watermelon or cut it into small cubes.
Step 3
Add the watermelon, cubed feta, finely chopped olives, and finely chopped onion to the dressing. Gently mix, sprinkle with mint leaves, and serve.
