Watermelon Salad with Feta
Ingredients
- Green Butter 5 oz
- Watermelon 15 oz
- Pineapple 5 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Pistachios 5 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the lettuce leaves, rinse them, dry on a paper towel, and arrange them on a large flat plate.
Step 2
Wash the watermelon, dry it, and cut out the flesh. Slice it into large thin triangles, remove the seeds, and place them on the lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Wash and dry the pineapple. Peel it, slice it thinly, and lay it on top of the watermelon slices.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into cubes and place it on the pineapple slices.
Step 5
Sort the basil, rinse it, and dry it. Chop it finely and sprinkle over the cheese.
Step 6
Thoroughly mix the olive oil with lemon juice. Drizzle this dressing over the salad and add pepper.
Step 7
Sprinkle the salad with the peeled pine nuts.
Step 8
Place the salad in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
