Any brined cheese or feta can be used instead.
Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Arugula 0 oz
- Watermelon 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- White Balsamic Cream 0 fl oz
- Feta cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the salad leaves with water and place them on a plate. Cut the watermelon into cubes of about 2 cm. Optionally, you can remove the seeds. Place the fresh watermelon on top of the salad leaves.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into cubes, crumble it, or grate it on a coarse grater and place it on top of the watermelon.
Step 3
Mix the balsamic sauce with olive oil and dress the salad. Salt to taste if desired.
