Ingredients
- Halloumi Cheese 10 oz
- Watermelon 20 oz
- Green Beans 5 oz
- Mint Leaves 1 bunch
- Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Pita bread 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Place the cheese on a baking sheet in a single layer, then grill for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 2
Mix the watermelon, beans, and mint with lemon juice and olive oil, season well, then serve on plates with slices of halloumi cheese.
Step 3
Drizzle with a little more oil and then serve with warm pita.
