Ingredients
- Watermelon ¼ piece
- Red Wine Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Feta cheese 15 oz
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pistachios to taste
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the rind and seeds from the watermelon and cut it into small cubes. Cut the feta into slightly smaller pieces than the watermelon.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the watermelon and feta, sprinkle with nuts and chopped mint leaves. Mix the vinegar and olive oil and drizzle over the salad. Generously season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve chilled.
