Ingredients
- English cucumber 1 piece
- Watermelon 5 cups
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice ¼ cup
- Vodka 0.6 cups
- Ice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, puree the watermelon flesh until smooth. Strain through a sieve into a large bowl — you should get 2 cups of juice.
Step 2
Peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces. Blend until pureed, strain, and pour into the watermelon juice.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the lime juice and honey. Add the mixture to the watermelon-cucumber juice along with the vodka. Stir and add more honey to taste.
Step 4
Serve in glasses over ice.
