Description

There's nothing simpler than blending watermelon flesh into a puree, creating a base for a variety of drinks. Freshly squeezed watermelon pairs wonderfully with sparkling mineral water and lemon, and when combined with raspberry syrup, it truly comes alive. This lemonade feels like pure snow with a taste of summer, an oxymoron that simply cannot exist in nature. And while sweet lemonade typically leaves you wanting more to drink, this watermelon version leaves you craving even more lemonade. Recipe by John Smith, head bartender at popular American restaurants.

Ingredients

  • Watermelon 10 oz
  • Raspberry leaves 30 pieces
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
