Ingredients
- Watermelon 15 oz
- Radish 5 oz
- Basil 2 sprigs
- Fresh Mint 2 sprigs
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice ½ pieces
- Lime ½ pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Thinly slice the radishes.
Step 2
Soak in cold water for 5 minutes. This will make it crunchier.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the chili.
Step 4
Finely chop.
Step 5
Zest the lime.

Squeeze the juice.

Mix the olive oil, chili, lime zest, and lime juice, then season with salt and pepper.
