  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Watercress 10 oz
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz
  • Manchego cheese 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Using a sharp knife, peel the orange and carefully cut out the segments. Transfer to a bowl, squeezing 2 teaspoons of juice into it.

Step 2

Add the vinegar and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
