Ingredients
- Olive Oil to taste
- New Potatoes 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds (you can use a vegetable peeler), lightly sauté them over medium heat with a minimal amount of oil. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and sauté them as well.
Step 2
Dice the previously boiled potatoes and sauté them with finely chopped dill.
Step 3
Arrange the vegetables on a plate and serve, adding salt to taste.
