Ingredients
- Young zucchini 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Marinated cherries 5 pieces
- Dill ½ bunch
- Chinese Five Spice 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add oil and finely chopped garlic to a hot skillet.
Step 2
Immediately after stirring, add the carrot, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
Step 3
Add the zucchini, stirring, then add the spices, finely chopped dill, and vinegar.
Step 4
After 2 minutes, cover with a lid, turn off the heat, and let the salad sit in the skillet for a couple of minutes.
