  • Dill ½ bunch
  • Chinese Five Spice 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add oil and finely chopped garlic to a hot skillet.

Step 2
