Warm Turkey and Bean Salad
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Yakiniku sauce 5 fl oz
- TABASCO® ½ teaspoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame 1 teaspoon
- Cotton Oil 5 fl oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Herbs to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Green Butter 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the turkey into small cubes and sauté with ground pepper in heated oil in small batches in a pot or wok until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
In the same oil, sauté the green beans well and place on a plate.
Step 3
Chop the vegetables and tear the lettuce by hand.
Step 4
Mix the three types of sauce, add honey and vinegar. Pour this into the remaining oil after frying and bring to a simmer. Add the turkey, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Place the sautéed green beans on the chopped vegetables, top with the hot turkey, and drizzle with sauce.
Step 6
Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top.
