  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Paprika to taste
  • Hochland Cream Cheese for Cooking 5 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Mixed salad greens 0 oz
  • Squid 15 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Cut the young potatoes into wedges or halves depending on their size. Place them in a baking dish, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to combine. Then add small pieces of butter and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.

In a small saucepan, heat the processed cheese together with the juice of one lemon, salt, and pepper. Stir with a spoon until smooth.

Brush a hot skillet with olive oil and sauté the squid and octopus for one minute on each side until golden brown. Transfer to paper towels.

Dress the salad mix with 10 ml of olive oil and gently toss with your hands to avoid damaging the leaves.
