Ingredients
- Potato 15 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Paprika to taste
- Hochland Cream Cheese for Cooking 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Mixed salad greens 0 oz
- Squid 15 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the young potatoes into wedges or halves depending on their size. Place them in a baking dish, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to combine. Then add small pieces of butter and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, heat the processed cheese together with the juice of one lemon, salt, and pepper. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
Step 3
Brush a hot skillet with olive oil and sauté the squid and octopus for one minute on each side until golden brown. Transfer to paper towels.
Step 4
Dress the salad mix with 10 ml of olive oil and gently toss with your hands to avoid damaging the leaves.
Step 5
On a serving plate, place two tablespoons of warm cheese sauce, then add the sautéed squid on top, followed by a mix of roasted potatoes and halved cherry tomatoes. Finish by sprinkling with chopped green onions.
