Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the bell pepper, red onion, and leek into strips and sauté in sesame oil with soy sauce.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber into strips, tear the lettuce, and add to the sautéed vegetables.
Step 3
Slice the salmon into several pieces, dip in soy sauce and coat with sesame seeds, then fry in a pan until cooked.
