Warm salad with tomatoes and beef
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet (add a little oil to the bottom), sprinkle with dried herbs, salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 2
Bake the tomatoes until soft (temperature 390°F).
Step 3
Cut the boiled veal or leftover roast beef or steak into small pieces and add them to the tomatoes halfway through baking.
Step 4
Sprinkle the vegetables and meat with Parmesan cheese and bake together for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
When serving, add thin half-rings of marinated onion and drizzle with truffle oil. Garnish with herbs.
