Ingredients
- Turnips 10 pieces
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Spanish onions ½ piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Microgreens 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the radishes into large pieces.
Step 2
Place the radishes in a baking dish, add refined oil and vinegar.
Step 3
Season with pepper, herbs, and salt.
Step 4
Drizzle with lemon juice and mix.
Step 5
Send to a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
Step 7
Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
Step 8
Chop the garlic finely.
Step 9
Combine all the ingredients, add microgreens, and dress with olive oil.
