Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms into equal pieces. Mash the boiled potatoes with a fork, heat them in fragrant vegetable oil, then add julienned red onion, grainy mustard, and dill.
Step 2
Place the potatoes on a plate, then top them with slices of pickled cucumber, salted mushrooms, and a boiled quail egg.
Step 3
