- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Camembert cheese 0 oz
- Brazil Nuts 10 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Eel 4 leaves
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Tear the lettuce leaves by hand.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber and cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut the Camembert cheese into small cubes.
Step 4
Slice the Brazil nuts.
Step 5
Without mixing, place in the oven for 2–3 minutes (you can also microwave for 1 minute) — the cheese should melt slightly but not run.
Step 6
Dress the warm salad with olive oil, add spices, and serve immediately.
