Warm salad with bacon and arugula

Ingredients

  • Marinated cherries 10 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Arugula 5 oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar ½ tablespoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the bacon (as you like). Place it in a skillet without oil (the fat from the bacon will be enough) and fry while stirring until it is browned.

Step 2

While the bacon is frying, prepare the salad dressing. For two servings, I used half a tablespoon of vinegar and two tablespoons of oil. Combine these ingredients in one bowl and mix.

Step 3

Next, place the arugula on plates, dress it with the mixture, then add the tomatoes, bacon, and Parmesan.
