
Warm Salad with Arugula, Cherry Tomatoes, Fried Chorizo Sausages, and Parmesan

Description
The sausages can be replaced with smoked ham. The flavor of arugula is also wonderfully complemented by pine nuts.
Ingredients
- Spicy salami 0 oz
- Olive Oil 10 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Fry the sausages in olive oil.
Step 2
Wash the arugula and trim it, leaving only the leaves.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Toss the arugula with the tomatoes, add the dressing, and gently toss with your hands, then add the sausages and mix slightly. Top with shavings of Parmesan.
