Description
p.s. The recipe requires boiled or baked chicken or turkey fillet. In my version, I used turkey that I baked in foil with blackberries, so the meat has a beautiful purple color ;)
Ingredients
- Ground coriander 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with foil, brush with olive oil, and place the whole bell peppers on it. Bake the peppers at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes until the skin darkens (but not completely). Carefully remove the peppers from the baking sheet and place them in a plastic bag until they cool completely. The skin will come off very easily in this case!
Step 2
However, pay attention to this: there will be a lot of juice inside the peppers, which you should drain into a separate bowl. So please be careful when removing the peppers from the baking sheet to avoid spilling the delicious and incredibly aromatic juice!
Step 3
Next, it's simple ;) Finely chop the cilantro, mix the soy sauce with the juice from the peppers, and cut the fillet into strips or chop it finely.
Step 4
Cut the peppers into large pieces (removing not only the skin but also the seeds).
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients, season with ground pepper and a flavorful dressing!
