  • Lettuce 1 bunch
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Croutons 10 oz
  • Chicken Eggs 5 pieces
  • Milk 1 tablespoon
  • Sour Cream 10% 5 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash each lettuce leaf thoroughly and place it on a towel to dry. Then take a large bowl where you will prepare the salad and tear the lettuce into small pieces by hand.

Step 2

Separately, prepare the omelette in a skillet using your preferred method. You can add one tablespoon of milk to the eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into a preheated skillet with vegetable oil.

Step 3

During cooking, actively stir the omelette. We need airy pieces of the resulting omelette for our salad.

Step 4

Add sour cream to the lettuce leaves and mix.

Step 5

Then add diced tomatoes. Mix gently once more.

Step 6

Add the croutons. Lightly salt and mix again.

Step 7

Now it's time to add our hot omelette. Mix slightly.

Step 8

Serve the salad on prepared plates. (You can either place the entire salad on a large serving dish or serve it portion-wise on individual plates.)
