Ingredients
- Dried Turkey 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Pistachios ¼ cup
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Feta cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut off the tough lower parts of the chard stems. Slice the large leaves in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pine nuts and thinly sliced garlic, and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Add the chard, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 teaspoons of pepper. Cook, stirring, until the chard stems are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with crumbled feta, and serve.
