
Warm Pumpkin Salad with Red Pepper and Spices

Ingredients
- Pumpkin 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 head
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Olive Oil to taste
- Dried Chamomile to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Cut into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut into strips. Cut the onion into thick half-rings.
Step 3
Break the head of garlic into segments. You can leave the garlic in its skin.
Step 4
Arrange the vegetables in a baking dish so they cover the bottom in a single layer. Sprinkle with spices, salt, and pepper to taste. Drizzle the vegetables generously with olive oil and place in the oven.
Step 5
After 10-15 minutes, stir the vegetables and return them to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step 6
The salad is ready when the pumpkin is easily pierced with a fork.
