Ingredients
- Papaya flesh 5 oz
- Milk 0 qt
- Raw cane sugar 0 oz
- Cardamom 10 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut or break the coconut flesh into small pieces and place it in a blender. Pour in 100 ml of water and blend until the water and coconut turn into coconut puree.
Step 2
In a deep saucepan over low heat, pour in the milk and add the sugar, stirring to help the sugar dissolve quickly. Incorporate the coconut puree into the sweetened milk. Add the lightly crushed cardamom seeds, bring the milk almost to a boil, and as soon as it starts to bubble threateningly, remove it from the heat and let it steep for twenty minutes.
Step 3
Then strain through a sieve, blend into a frothy cocktail, and serve hot or cold.
