Ingredients

  • Cilantro 3 stems
  • Chicken hearts 15 oz
  • Chicken Liver 5 oz
  • Pork Blood 10 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Turnips 10 oz
  • Scallions 1 bunch
  • Cucumbers 10 oz
  • Natural Yogurt 15 oz
  • Pickles 2 pieces
  • Dill 2 stems
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the carrots and potatoes in their skins. Peel and cut into cubes. Mix and dress with fragrant sunflower oil.

Step 2

Sauté the chicken hearts and liver in a dry skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the hearts in half and the liver into small pieces. Season the pork with salt and pepper, wrap in foil, and bake in the oven, then cut into cubes and add to the chicken assortment.

Step 3

Dice the fresh cucumbers, chop the green onions, and chop the cilantro. Dress the mixture with the sauce: yogurt, finely chopped pickles, and dill.

Step 4

Layer the warm salad using a cooking ring: the first layer of carrots and potatoes, the second layer of juicy meat assortment, and the third layer of fresh cucumbers and herbs with yogurt.

Step 5

Garnish on top with thin strips of green onions.
