Ingredients

  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
  • Chinese green beans 15 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 spoons
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Fresh basil leaves 5 stalks
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the beans in a steamer or boil them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

While the beans are cooking, cut each tomato in half.

Step 3

Squeeze the juice from the lemon, mix it with olive oil, and add salt, pepper, basil, and sesame seeds.

Step 4

Dress the halved cherry tomatoes with the prepared sauce.

Step 5

Add the hot beans to the bowl with the tomatoes in sauce.

Step 6

Stir and serve immediately.
