Ingredients
- Red Cabbage ½ piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Ginger 0 oz
- Chili Flakes a pinch
- Salt a pinch
- Curry Powder a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the carrot.
Step 2
Slice it into thin rounds.
Step 3
Chop the red cabbage into small pieces.
Step 4
Finely chop the ginger.
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan and add a pinch of chili flakes and salt.
Step 6
Add the ginger.
Step 7
After 3 minutes, stir and sauté for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the ginger and add the cabbage.
Step 9
Season with dry curry. Stir and sauté over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 10
Transfer to a deep bowl.
Step 11
Add sesame seeds. Mix well.
