Ingredients

  • Young Red Potatoes 10 oz
  • Green Beans 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Leeks 3 stalks
  • Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Parsley 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh Tarragon 0 oz
  • Fresh Spinach Leaves 4 cups

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in salted water for 8 minutes until tender.

Step 2

One minute before the cooking time is up, add the green beans.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium skillet. Add the leeks. Sauté
