Warm Chicken Salad with Sweet Peppers
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers ½ piece
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges, and boil in salted water until cooked. Drain the water, place the potatoes on paper towels, and let them dry.
Step 2
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips. Wash the cucumber and slice it into rounds.
Step 3
Cut the fillet into strips, season with salt and pepper. Fry in a hot pan with oil, turning occasionally, for 6 minutes, then transfer to a salad bowl. Add the potatoes and vegetables, season with the remaining black pepper and olive oil, mix, and serve immediately.
