Warm Chicken Salad with Peaches
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Canned Peaches 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Scallions to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast, tomatoes, bell pepper, and peaches into thin strips.
Step 2
Fry the chicken breast and minced garlic (you can add ground black pepper) until a crust forms.
Step 3
When all the liquid has evaporated, add the tomatoes and bell pepper and simmer covered until the pepper is soft.
Step 4
Evaporate any excess liquid and add the peaches and chopped green onion, frying for 5–7 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer to a salad bowl (cool for 3–5 minutes) and dress with sour cream.
Step 6
Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
