Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into long thin strips; crush the garlic, peel it, and finely chop.

Remove the tough ends from the asparagus and cut each stalk into 3 pieces; tear the radicchio into large pieces by hand.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken over high heat for about 2 minutes until nearly cooked; add the asparagus and cook for 1 minute, then add the garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
