Warm chicken and mushroom salad
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Fry thin slices of bacon in a dry skillet. Place the bacon slices on a paper towel.
Step 2
In the remaining bacon fat, sauté pieces of chicken breast.
Step 3
Slice the champignon mushrooms, add olive oil, and sauté the mushrooms until cooked.
Step 4
Rinse the salad greens and pat dry.
Step 5
Arrange the chicken, bacon, and mushrooms on the salad leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the sauce left from frying.
