Ingredients
- Turnips 4 pieces
- Chinese green beans 0 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Oregano to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil, and grill until cooked through.
Step 2
Grill the green beans and sliced carrots as well.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces (but don't chop too finely).
Step 4
Chop the herbs, slice the red onion into half rings, and dice the tomatoes.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients in one bowl.
Step 6
For the dressing, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, mustard, and lemon juice.
Step 7
Dress the salad. Done.
