Description
Per 100 grams: 117 kcal. If sautéed in a dry pan, the flavor qualities are not significantly lost, and the calorie content of the salad is 24 kcal per 100 grams. I also added 100 grams of celery root, cut into thin strips.
Ingredients
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Leek 1 piece
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into long, thin strips.
Step 2
Cut the leek into 3–4 pieces, remove the outer layer, and slice it into strips.
Step 3
Mix the olive oil with the soy sauce, dress the vegetables, and stir.
Step 4
Sauté over high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve warm.
