Warm Bulgur Salad with Mozzarella

Description
Bulgur is very convenient to use, especially the kind that cooks in bags. To prepare 2 servings of the salad, you will need to boil one bag. This can be done in the microwave: pour boiling water over the bag and place it in the microwave on high power for 7-8 minutes.
Ingredients
- Bulgur 0 oz
- Vinaigrette Vegetable Mix 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- French salad dressing 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the bulgur in salted water until ready. Let it cool slightly.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Mince the garlic, add it to the oil, and let it infuse with the garlic flavor. Carefully remove the garlic.
Step 3
Add the frozen vegetables to the pan and cook, stirring, for 7-8 minutes. To prevent them from burning, add a little water. Add salt and let it steep.
Step 4
Cut the mozzarella into pieces the size of hazelnuts.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the warm bulgur with the vegetables, add the mozzarella. Drizzle with dressing and mix well.
