
Warm Beet Salad with Chicken Liver

Chicken liver can be substituted with pork liver.
Ingredients
- Yellow Beets 3 pieces
- Chicken Liver 20 oz
- Onion 7 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the beets on a coarse grater. Cut the liver into strips or randomly. Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 2
Sauté each ingredient in a separate pan with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Chop the garlic and add it to the mayonnaise.
Step 4
Layer the ingredients on a plate, spreading mayonnaise between each layer.
