Warm Beet Salad
Ingredients
- New Potatoes 20 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Canned Baby Beets 20 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beets until tender.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread the chopped potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 25 minutes, then add the chopped peppers and tomatoes. Generously sprinkle with spices and cook for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the vegetables to a serving plate.
Step 3
Place the beets on a baking sheet, lightly drizzle with oil, and put under the broiler until crispy.
Step 4
Mix all the vegetables and parsley together and serve immediately.
