- Arugula 10 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Saffron a pinch

Step 1
Wash the asparagus, place it in a steamer basket, and cook for 15 minutes.

Peel the orange, cut it into wedges, and remove the membranes.
Step 3
Mix the olive oil and lemon juice.
