Waldorf Salad with Caviar

The caviar balances the bright apple flavor, creating a very harmonious combination.
Ingredients
- Green Apples 2 pieces
- Walnuts 3 teaspoons
- Celery salt 3 stalks
- Red Caviar 1 jar
- Cream (40%) ½ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the apple on a coarse grater and drizzle with lemon juice; do the same with the celery.
Step 2
Chop the walnuts, for example, in a blender, not to dust, but into crumbs.
Step 3
Mix the walnuts with the apple and celery.
Step 4
Boil the shrimp. Blend them, add cream and pepper.
Step 5
Dress the salad with this sauce.
Step 6
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 7
Before serving, place 2 teaspoons of red caviar on top of the salad mound (150 g).
