Ingredients
- White Cabbage 10 oz
- Carrot 3 pieces
- Sugar 3 spoons
- Salt a pinch
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage and massage it with your hands to soften it. Place it in a deep salad bowl, add salt, and mix well.
Step 2
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and add it to the cabbage. Sprinkle with sugar and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
After 15-20 minutes, when the sugar has dissolved and the salad has released some juice, add the vinegar and mix everything again.
Step 4
Serve the salad at the table after half an hour, making sure to stir it beforehand. The salad should be juicy and fragrant.
